Three-layer parquet is currently the most popular type of wood flooring due to its ease and speed of installation. It does not need to be sanded, varnished or oiled after installation. Simply lay the underlay and click the parquet on top, and your floor is ready! Laying three-layer parquet on a warm floor is more difficult, as it is recommended to glue it to the subfloor to ensure maximum heat transfer. This installation method makes the parquet less movable, easier to sand and allows less use of expansion joints in door openings. Glued parquet is completely silent, it cannot crackle or heave, unlike "floating" parquet.
